Support CWU Humanitarian Aid

I am proud to support the Communication Workers' Union Humanitarian Aid journey to Moldova.

On 11th May CWU Humanitarian Aid volunteers will be embarking on a 2,000 mile journey to deliver aid direct to an orphanage in Moldova that cares for over 500 children, a disabled centre, children's hospital and vulnerable families.

CWUHA is a British-based registered charity formed over 23 years ago by Postal and Telecom workers whose sole purpose is to help needy children across Eastern Europe and Africa. The charity is run by unpaid volunteers: no wages or honoraria are paid to those taking part in the convoy.
The mission is to provide much-needed supplies and equipment to the orphanage so that it can continue to care for the hundreds of local Moldovans it serves. The mission is currently short of some items - can you help?
They are in particular need of the following items:

*Jogging bottoms in sizes M/L

*Pyjamas in sizes M/L

*Hand towels

*Soap and baby wipes

*Sanitary products

**All clothing items must be new or unworn due to strict rules**

These items will be driven by volunteers from the North West to Moldova.

You can donate items at my office in Manchester. Just give us a call on 0161 868 0653 to arrange drop off.

Alternatively you can donate to enable them to buy aid here ->
